GENERAL

• All purchases are final sale. Only physically defective products can be returned and exchanged.
  
• Your credit card will be charged within 7 days after placing your order. This includes pre-orders.
• Please note that ProjectSAM does not offer technical support over the phone. All technical support is handled by e-mail. ProjectSAM aims at responding to all e-mail within one business day.
  

CURRENCY
The ProjectSAM store can be set to either Euros and US Dollars.
All US and Canadian customers will checkout in US Dollars.
All other customers will checkout in Euros.
Upon checkout, the store will automatically switch to the right currency.

All Euro prices are excluding 19% VAT. Without a VAT number provided, 19% VAT is added to all EU orders.

Credit card orders, including pre-orders, are charged within 7 days after the order was placed.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The following conditions only apply to SAM libraries shipped on physical DVD. They do not apply to the downloadable libraries.

Duties / Customs on non-US orders
ProjectSAM ships all non-US orders from The Netherlands, Europe. Please note that duties or customs may apply when ordering from outside The Netherlands. ProjectSAM can not be held responsible for any duties or customs charged.

SteptimeWare shipping privacy notice
All US orders are shipped from the United States by SteptimeWare. In order to offer you this service, your name, shipping address and e-mail address (for sending you a tracking number) are sent to SteptimeWare after placing your order at the ProjectSAM Online Shop.

Returning a package
ProjectSAM will fix and/or replace any damaged or incomplete SAM product at no extra costs. If you need to return a damaged SAM product please send an email to info@projectsam.com first for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA.) This number must be clearly mentioned on the package you are returning. Packages without an RMA will not beaccepted.

Damaged SAM products can only be replaced within 90 days after purchase.

Only damaged products can be returned. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product you are ordering, please listen to the demos of the product on our official website at www.projectsam.com BEFORE you order.

Refunds / Cancelling orders
Order scan only be cancelled and/or refunded while the order has not yet been shipped. ProjectSAM will not refund an order after it has been shipped.

DOWNLOADING CONDITIONS

The following conditions only apply to the downloadable libraries from the "Direct Download" section in the ProjectSAM Online Shop. They do not apply to our libraries on physical DVD.

Download & usage conditions
Please carefully read the following download and usage conditions for SAM Exclusives downloadable libraries. Note that this is not the user license agreement.

Do not share the sounds in this library! Upon installation the library content is invisibly stamped with your product serial number. ProjectSAM does not physically ship this library under any condition. After purchasing, the download is available immediately from your store user account. Installation of this product requires a serial number. After purchasing, your product serial number is listed in your store user account instantly and e-mailed to you for backup. This library has a considerable download size. Make sure you are downloading using a fast and reliable internet connection. The installation and reference manual is provided as a PDF document only. No printed version is available.
