01 Do you offer your libraries as direct downloads?

| Yes we do. This includes our packs and upgrades. On our product pages, you will find separate buttons for "Buy Direct Download" and "Buy Boxed DVD Version".

02 How does downloading work?
|
| After purchasing the direct download version of one of our libraries on this website, you will receive an e-mail with your product serial number and a link to the Mac and Windows version of our download tool, called "PS Installer". Using this tool and your product serial number you can download the product, which is offered as multiple split RAR files. The tool allows you to pause and resume your download. When the tool has finished downloading the RAR files, it will extract them for you. After this, all you have to do is add the library to Kontakt and activate it using your product serial number. All of this is explained in the e-mail you will receive after purchasing.

03 Is Kontakt Player included with the direct downloads?

| No. If you do not own Kontakt or Kontakt Player, please download the free Kontakt Player from Native Instruments, or consider purchasing the full version of Kontakt.

04 What to do when my download fails?
|
| Our direct downloads are large and can easily take up to 4-5 hours to complete. While we have received very positive feedback from our users, there is always a small chance that some of the downloaded split RAR files are corrupt and cannot be extracted. If this happens, simply run the download tool again. It will pick up and attempt to complete your download, re-downloading any files if necessary.
