01 Do the Direct Download libraries include a sample player?

| No. The Direct Downloads do not include NI Kontakt Player nor a license to use the library in Kontakt Player. A full version of Kontakt 3.5 or 4 is required to use the Direct Downloads.

02 Can I use the Direct Downloads in Kontakt Player?
|
| No. Because the Direct Downloads are not licensed Kontakt Player products, they have to be loaded into a FULL VERSION of Kontakt 3.5 or 4. You can preview a Direct Download in Kontakt Player, but only for 30 minutes at a time.

03 The Direct Downloads do not appear in Kontakt's "Libraries"

| Only licensed Kontakt Player libraries show up in Kontakt's "Libraries" panel. All other Kontakt formatted programs have to be loaded by using Kontakt's "Files" browser or by drag-dropping them onto the sampler.

04 What happens when I purchase a Direct Download?

| After purchasing one of our Direct Download libraries and paying with your credit card, one or more download links will be available from your Account. There is no delay. The library can be downloaded straight away. Please note that the download will expire. After downloading your item, please make a secure backup of the files.

05 Can I re-download my purchase in the future?

| You can request a re-download by contacting us directly.

06 I downloaded the RAR files but am unable to extract part 2. What is wrong?
|
| You only have to start extraction of part 1. Your RAR tool (WinRAR, BetterZip, UnRarX, etc) will automatically resume with parts 2 and up when it has reached the end of part 1. It is not possible to extract the parts individually.
