01 Does ProjectSAM offer phone support?

| ProjectSAM does not offer technical support over the phone. Tech support is handled through our website, our FAQ section and e-mail.

02 What payment methods do you accept?

| We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Dutch customers can choose to pay through Ideal.

03 What shipping methods do you offer?
|
| All US orders are shipped by our USA distributor SteptimeWare through FedEx or UPS (1-day Express or Ground). All other orders are shipped through either FedEx International Priority (2-3 business days) or Registered Mail (5-12 business days).

04 Do your products work under Windows XP?

| Orchestral Essentials, which runs in Kontakt Player 5, is NOT compatible with Windows XP. All our other products currently run in Kontakt Player 3 or 4 and are compatible with Windows XP.

05 Do your products work under OS X 10.4 or 10.5?
|
| Orchestral Essentials, which runs in Kontakt Player 5, is NOT compatible with OS X 10.4 or 10.5. It requires OS X 10.6 or higher. All our other products currently run in Kontakt Player 3 or 4 and are compatible with both OS X 10.4 or 10.5.

06 When I try to download using the SAM Installer I get this error: cannot get files, check code is valid. What do I do?
|
| This normally means that you have already downloaded the files once. By default you get one download per code. If you have no way of copying the files from your first computer to your other, please e-mail us to unlock your download one more time.
