01 How can I ask ProjectSAM a question?
If you cannot find the answer to your question in this F.A.Q. you can contact us by using the contact form.
 
02 Where can I get technical support?
To get technical support for your SAM product, you have to have a SAM website account first. After creating one, make sure to register your product at the Product Registration page. You can now get technical support by going to the Technical Support page. You have to be logged in to do so.
 
03 Does ProjectSAM offer phone support?
Orders can be placed by phone. However, we do not offer technical support over the phone. Tech support is handled through our website (FAQ) and by e-mail.
 
04 What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
 
05 What shipping methods do you offer?
USA orders are shipped by our USA distributor SteptimeWare through FedEx or UPS (1-day Express or Ground). All other orders are shipped through either FedEx International Priority (2-3 business days) or Registered Mail (5-12 business days).
